Jaden Singsime and his mother Jodi were at the Wisconsin Christmas parade and witnessed the vehicle ploughing into the crowds.
He speaks of ‘chaos on the streets’ as they were asked to take refuge in a nearby shop.
Five people were killed and more than 40 injured in the incident.
