Being a billionaire in Spain has got to be pretty amazing. Spain is the 13th richest economy in the world, so no one is shocked to see that the list of Spanish billionaires continues to grow. This country has some serious heat in businesses like hotels, property management, and of course football.

The Spanish dynasty known as the Ortega family is the richest in Spain. They have a combined wealth of well over $70 billion. That wealth has been spent on quite a few charitable endeavors, some cool properties and a very classy yacht. In fact, it seems like a prerequisite for becoming a Spanish billionaire is that you have to have a serious interest in yachts. From heiresses who have taken their fortunes and turned it into more fortune, to a man who started selling shirts on the street only to become a knighted businessman with one of the biggest companies in the fashion industry, to the current president of the Real Madrid football team, these billionaires are quite a bit different from the ones you and I may be used to. They drop nearly as much on fancy cars or private islands. They’re more conservative with their money, classier with their tastes and very serious about those yachts. I mean, just wait until you see this giant art collection. Are you even a billionaire if you don’t own a Van Gogh?

So what are these classy billionaires dropping their money on? Let’s jump right into it, shall we?
