On May 2nd an unknown person leaked a 98-page draft opinion in the controversial Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case that has since overturned Roe v Wade. John Gizzi said that if the Supreme Court leaker is identified, they will “most likely be fired immediately, and would suffer embarrasment in the legal community, there may also be a censure from the American Bar Association.”
