After being fired as coach of the Miami Dolphins, Brian Flores is now filing a lawsuit against the Dolphins, the NFL, the New York Giants and the Denver Broncos for racial discrimination during the interview process. The lawsuit claims that Flores had only been given an interview to comply with the Rooney Rule, a policy that requires teams to interview and consider diverse candidates for coaching positions.
