Beauty expert and YouTube star Nicola Chapman Haste tells Kay Burley about the new treatment for MS that she has had in Mexico.
HSCT (haematopoietic stem cell transplantation) is an intense course of chemotherapy that wipes out the immune system, before allowing it to regenerate without the damaging effects of MS.
While not currently available on the NHS, the aggressive treatment comes with a high level of risk.
