In a face to face meeting with Vladimir Putin, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov advised him to continue talks amid the ongoing Ukraine crisis. Meanwhile, the UK press is suggesting that their contacts close to Ukrainian President Volodymir Zelensky, told them Zelensky is weighing on withdrawing their bid to join NATO if this would avoid a war with their neighbor. President Zelensky denied that, saying Ukraine still wishes to join NATO, at a press conference in Kiev with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. (2:31) Thousands gathered in Germany to remember the Allied offensive bombing of Dresden, on February 13th, 1945. But those solemn memorials of the dead were upstaged by a procession of nearly 1,000 Neo Nazis – on the out skirts of the city – who marched to the center. They were met by counter protestors. Meanwhile, in Bulgaria, the Lukov March carried on in Sofia despite a ban, with local courts permitting the event. The Lukov March commemorating a fascist leader, Hristo Lukov, who was in power during WWII in Bulgaria.
