America’s special envoy on climate change John Kerry has spoken exclusively to Sky News about strained relations between the US and China impacting climate talks.
Speaking from a climate summit in Milan, John Kerry said that “reality has crept in, in the last few months” which has created a “slowdown” in his ability to persuade China to be more ambitious in reducing its carbon emissions.
