Facebook was hit by an outage that lasted almost six hours, making not only its platforms inaccessible to users, but causing access issues for Silicon Valley employees who need its internal network as well.
In a blog post, the social media giant blamed a “faulty configuration change” and its founder Mark Zuckerberg apologized to users.
