Housing Secretary Michael Gove says that no leaseholder in residential property above 11 metres will face costs to fix dangerous cladding.
He has previously told developers behind dangerous buildings ‘we are coming for you’, as leaseholders have been hit by extortionate bills and unsellable properties.
