North Korea has launched thousands of trash balloons across the DMZ into South Korea. A campaign of psychological warfare has begun on the Korean Peninsula as the demilitarized zone has now become a frontline for a dangerous and bizarre tit for tat.

WSJ’s Timothy Martin travelled up to the world’s most militarized border to see how this fragile border could soon deliver a foreign policy headache for the incoming Trump administration.
