Because libertarians want government out of our lives, people assume we’re pro-choice.
But libertarians are divided.
In my new video, I talk to Avens O’Brien from “Feminists for Liberty” and Kerry Baldwin, host of the “Dare to Think” podcast.
O’Brien is staunchly pro-choice.
“The termination of a pregnancy is the right of any woman,” she tells me. “Individuals don’t exist inside other people.”
Baldwin is passionately pro-life, and says abortion is murder.
“Life begins from the moment conception is complete,” she says. Fetuses are “rights bearing humans beings.”
I let both women argue their case, and then give my take.
