Anyone who has calluses knows how unpleasant they are, right? Besides being absolutely ugly, they are really uncomfortable and leave you annoyed.
Calluses develop from constant friction and usually appear on the hands, feet, or elbows.
One of the easiest ways of treating feet calluses is soaking your feet in warm water.
This healing technique is highly recommended by the American Academy of Dermatology since immersion in warm water softens the area and facilitates the cleaning of the hardened skin without hurting or risking infection.
Pour some warm water into a basin or bathtub. If you want, add some Epsom salt to the water. Soak your feet in this solution for 10 minutes.
Use a soft brush to rub the callus with a circular motion for a few minutes.
Rinse your feet with clean water to remove dead skin cells. Dry your feet and apply moisturizer.
Repeat this technique whenever necessary until the callus fully heals.
