American diplomats have sat down with Russian diplomats to try and ease tensions after President Putin expressed anger over the possibility of the Ukraine joining NATO.
Ukraine has been under threat after Russia assembled over 100,000 troops on the border.
After 8 hours the diplomats couldn’t come to any agreements except to continue discussions when Russia meets NATO.
