Sky’s Enda Brady visits the village of Cholesbury in Buckinghamshire, where an annual Boxing Day hunt set off against a backdrop of jeers and cheers.
Hundreds of people turned out to support the Kimblewick Hunt, led by Andrew Sallis, but a vocal group of animal rights campaigners made their voices heard too.
Hunting foxes was banned in 2004, so instead the hounds follow a scent laid down with a rag – but activists allege this is simply a smokescreen and that animals are still being killed.
