Former Yorkshire cricketer Azeem Rafiq says it’s a ‘horrible’ feeling knowing he has missed out on a career in professional cricket because of the racist treatment he received at Yorkshire Cricket Club.
He said that he hoped it had all happened for a reason – and that change would now happen.
He described the impact on his family and his wife – and how he hoped that he would now be able to give her the life she deserved.
