Boris Johnson has paid tribute to the emergency services who responded to the terror attack outside Liverpool Women’s Hospital over the weekend.
He went on to say that it is a ‘stark reminder’ for all of us to ‘remain vigilant’ and shows that the ‘British people will never be cowed by terrorism.’
The UK terror threat level has been raised to ‘severe’ following the hospital blast.
