The latest draft of the deal that could be agreed in Glasgow has just been released by the UN.
The communique maintains a reference to the phasing out of “unabated coal power and inefficient fossil fuel subsidies”.
Negotiations are continuing in Glasgow today with the aim of achieving an agreement by the end of the day.
