Women’s health app FLO is offering pregnancy loss bereavement leave to their employees and are urging more employers to do the same.
The leave will be extended to all employees experiencing pregnancy loss, including partners.
Sky’s Ian King spoke with FLO’s chief people officer, Ann Roberts, and Claudia Pastides, the company’s medical adviser.
