Health Secretary Sajid Javid says that the healthy life expectancy difference between Blackpool and Richmond upon Thames is nearly 20 years.
In his speech to the Conservative Party conference, he said that the government would seek to ‘level up’ the health outcomes of parts of the country that had been left out.
