The upscale California neighborhood is home to numerous celebrities including the Weeknd, Drake, Lori Loughlin, Dwyane Wade, Jessica Simpson, Jeffree Star, and John Stamos. Lil Wayne’s new property features both a farmhouse-style mansion and a guesthouse. Lil Wayne’s new mansion has a wine cellar, gym, theatre room, and a luxurious master bedroom. Every bedroom is located on the second floor and each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. In the backyard, you’ll find a basketball court, infinity-edge pool, an outdoor kitchen, and numerous outdoor dining areas.
