Drake is becoming the hip-hop king of epic real estate. His $100 million custom-built Toronto mega-mansion is breathtakingly lavish– but so is his massive California estate. The YOLO Estate in Hidden Hills shows off the rapper’s eccentric style with a secret master bedroom that can only be accessed with a hidden switch, a massive pool complete with a waterslide and waterfalls, and an entire man-made grotto.
While Drake bought the home for $7.7 million, the lavish property was listed for $20 million in 2017. However, the listing wasn’t intentional. Still, the mansion may be worth even more than that now with all the opulent renovations Drake did to the compound. Its interior features things like a game room, movie theater and wine cellar with a tasting room. In fact, Drake’s mansion is packed with entertainment features– like basketballs and tennis courts and even a mechanical bull.
Why did Aubrey Drake Graham decide to settle himself in Hidden Hills? It probably wasn’t a hard choice for someone with an $180 million net worth. Hidden Hills is a gated community home to many famous people– like the Kardashians, Kanye West, French Montana and The Weeknd. With so much space and seclusion, Drake has even begun expanding by buying up multi-million dollar properties nearby.
Are you ready for a look inside Drake’s pricey property? Click play and let’s see how this Hidden Hills compound earned the YOLO title– and which of the home’s features is constantly being stolen by the rapper’s fans.
